The Judicial Branch of California online search portal is available to the public to retrieve Appaellate Court Case Information from the California Courts.
There are four search options to obtain Supreme Court case information. Each of these options will show a Case Summary screen once the case number of interest has been identified.
Start search by entering the Supreme Court, Court of Appeal, or Trial Court Case Number.
You may also search by last name, first name or middle name, organization name, Attorney name, law firm or case caption (e.g., “Smith v. Jones”)
Results include Case caption, case category, Start date, case status, case citation and any cross referenced cases.
